Salutations to Keshava (one who has beautiful hair, controller of Brahma and Shiva)

शुक्लाम्बरधरं विष्णुं शशिवर्णं चतुर्भुजम्।

Meditate on Lord Vishnu, wearing white garments, moon-complexioned, four-armed, with a pleasant countenance, for the removal of all obstacles. The universe is Vishnu, He is the sacred oblation 'Vashat', Lord of past, present and future. Creator of beings, sustainer of beings, the essence, soul of beings, bestower of existence.

ॐ विष्णुः पातु शिरो देवः केशवः पातु मस्तकम्

May Lord Vishnu protect my head, may Keshava protect my crown, may Madhava protect my forehead, may Narayana protect my eyes, may Govinda protect my ears, may Vishnu always protect my throat

ॐ सुदर्शनो मे शिरसि पातु कल्याणकारकः

May Sudarshana, the auspicious one, protect my head. May Vishnu's weapon protect my forehead, may the great blazing one protect my eyes, may the thousand-rayed one protect my ears, may Sudarshana protect my face
