Lead me from untruth to truth, from darkness to light, from death to immortality

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते

That is whole, this is whole. From wholeness emerges wholeness. When wholeness is taken from wholeness, wholeness alone remains

Om, Peace in the physical realm, Peace in the mental realm, Peace in the spiritual realm

लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु

May all beings in all worlds be happy and free

अहं ब्रह्मास्मि

I am Brahman - the ultimate reality

तत् त्वम् असि

That Thou Art - You are That supreme reality

अयम् आत्मा ब्रह्म

This Self is Brahman

प्रज्ञानम् ब्रह्म

Consciousness is Brahman

ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु मा कश्चिद्दुःखभाग्भवेत्

May all be happy, may all be free from illness, may all see what is auspicious, may no one suffer

असतो मा सद्गमय।

Lead me from untruth to truth. Lead me from darkness to light. Lead me from death to immortality. Om, peace, peace, peace.

ॐ सह नाववतु। सह नौ भुनक्तु।

Om, may He protect us both (teacher and student). May He nourish us both. May we work together with vigor. May our study be brilliant. May we not dispute with each other. Om, peace, peace, peace.

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते।

That (Brahman) is whole, this (universe) is whole. From the whole emerges the whole. Taking the whole from the whole, the whole alone remains. Om, peace, peace, peace.

त्वमेव माता च पिता त्वमेव।

You alone are my mother and father. You alone are my relative and friend. You alone are my knowledge and wealth. You alone are everything to me, O God of gods.

सर्वभूतस्थमात्मानं सर्वभूतानि चात्मनि।

One who is united in yoga sees the Self present in all beings and all beings present in the Self, such a one sees the same (divine) everywhere.

अहं ब्रह्मास्मि।

I am Brahman. I am the Absolute Reality.

तत् त्वम् असि।

That Thou Art. You are That (Brahman).

प्रज्ञानं ब्रह्म।

Consciousness is Brahman.

अयम् आत्मा ब्रह्म।

This Self is Brahman.

सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः।

May all be happy, may all be free from disease. May all see auspiciousness, may none suffer.

लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु।

May all beings in all worlds be happy and free.

अयं निजः परो वेति गणना लघुचेतसाम्।

This is mine, that is another's - such thinking is for the small-minded. For those of noble character, the whole world is one family.

ॐ भद्रं कर्णेभिः श्रृणुयाम देवाः।

O Gods, may we hear auspicious words with our ears. May we see auspicious things with our eyes, O worshipful ones. With steady limbs and bodies may we praise and enjoy the life span allotted by the Gods.

ईशावास्यमिदं सर्वं यत्किञ्च जगत्यां जगत्।

All this - whatever moves in this moving world - is pervaded by the Lord. Therefore, enjoy through renunciation. Do not covet anybody's wealth.

नेह नानास्ति किञ्चन।

There is no diversity whatsoever here (in Reality).

ॐ सह नाववतु। सह नौ भुनक्तु।

Om, may He protect us both. May He nourish us both. May we work together with energy. May our study be illuminating. May we not hate each other. Om peace, peace, peace.
